INSTAFIT is an online fitness startup based in Mexico City and co-founded by international entrepreneurs Oswaldo Trava, Georg Stockinger and Natalia Amaya. The company aims to bring a fit lifestyle to Latin American homes through a proprietary web app that provides its users with access to an all-in-one fitness solution that includes streaming exercise routines, a nutritional program and frequent and personalized motivation and followup.
