Quack is a management system that is integrated by 2 fields: 1. Internal. For the restaurant, 5 different devices: -Control device in the kitchen. -Administrator device for the manager. -Waiter's notification device. -Reception’s device. -Smart devices on the tables capable of: order food and drinks, call the waiter, separate accounts per person or group, pay with credit/debit card, if paying with cash, the cashier is notified to know how much change must be given. 2. External. For guests, a Smartphone App: Locate restaurants on an interactive map, show the menus of restaurants, view real-time availability of tables and if the guest wants to, he can make a reservation, make selection of favorite meals at different restaurants to submit the order at the restaurant, link the Smartphone with the smart device on the table in order to let the guests submit their orders through their Smartphone, save credit/debit card information in order to charge the meal in advance to the guest.
