Our product is a booth / kiosk to obtain customer feedback directly at the sales floor. The design is different to a normal service kiosk, it´s bright and has integrated information displays all over it´s body. The main goal is to obtain customer feedback directly on the sales floor, but other valuable information could also be obtained from the customers, like emails for special advertising campaigns, registration to reminders when an out of stock item arrives and price checking (cart like). Other technologies that could be integrated on the booth are Bluetooth, QR codes, NFC and Wifi, allowing the customers to get special discounts / promotions. The plataform will have a strong backend to analyse and present data. Main customers are retail chain stores located at malls, independent stores and service providers are also into the target market.
