We are a company that provides an e-commerce marketplace service that allows users get their desired products for a fraction of the retail price. At the same time, the sellers get to make bigger profits using our site than with traditional methods. The method consists on creating a marketplace where the customers can raffle their items for a cheap price per "ticket". This will allow the sellers to give the opportunity to win the product to buyers for a really low price (compared with the retail price) and at the same time the sellers will be able to continue generating profits. We have considered the legal implications and designed our business model in a way that allowed us to operate completely legally and to share the benefits of our service with all of our users. In Mexico the law of "Juegos y Sorteos" allow people organize raffles, it is only necessary to fill out some forms and pay the required fees.
