Uhma provides Workplace Wellness Programs. Employees compete in teams to improve their health and win prizes. Our proprietary Web App allows participants to answer health surveys, receive personalized recommendations, and book their biometric assessment at their workplace. In 5 minutes, our physicians measure their body weight, fat content, height, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol, among other metrics, and instantly provide them with a printed report with recommendations. The sponsoring company receives aggregated statistics segmented by region and work area. We cater to companies across Mexico with 40 or more employees. We organize everything from internal communications to logistics. Participants access the program from any internet connected computer or from interactive modules that we install at their campuses. We charge MX$ 467 per person, less than the company spends on their year-end dinner!
